Unsere Karte umfasst eine Vielzahl von Gerichten aus der klassischen griechischen Familienküche, die sogenannten „Mama“-Gerichte sowie viele der sogenannten „Gehäckselten“, die sich jedoch an unserer heimischen Gastronomie orientieren.
Der Sygglino, die geräucherte Wurst, das lakonische Gold, die Orangen, die Mani-Elixiere, das Gemüse, die Aromen, die uns das Feld liefert, und das Olivenöl sind die Protagonisten unserer Küche.
